Purchases and Payment

By submitting an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in US dollars. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed.

Refund Policy

Gosh That’s Good! Brand^TM will refund the cost of the product that is unopened and not damaged. Please contact customer service at 888.848.4674 in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 5 days of receiving purchase. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Returns will result in a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy

Please be assured your items shipping via FedEx Ground will ship out within 1-2 days. We may also use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.

All orders shipping via LTL (less than truckload) will be processed and shipped out within 3-10 days. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order and confirm ship date.

Credit card authorization and verification or other payment terms must be received prior to order processing.

Shipping and handling costs

All orders less than $100.00 will be charged freight according to our rates shown on order prior to confirming purchase. All orders over $100.00 will ship free of freight charges.

For wholesalers, all orders less than $300.00 will be charged freight according to our rates shown on order prior to confirming purchase. All orders over $300.00 get free shipping.
